We went on wing night so wings were $3.99/lb which is really only 8 wings-they weren't bad but obviously if you deep fry something then throw sauce on it, it's pretty hard to make it bad. We ordered 2 different things of wings and a burger basket. The wings aren't served with dipping sauce, you have to order it. It was also $1.00 off burger baskets. I ordered the Deluxe black and bleu and it was not good, not juicy, not flavorful- it seemed like a pre-made burger patty, also served with no extra sauce (which it needed!). To top it all off we waited forever to get our food which didn't make much sense- there weren't many people there and none of the food was hot, slightly warm at best.

.Very tasty battered fried Walleye fish. Two thumbs up. Partner had fall off the bone baby back ribs. Not drowned in sauce like most places. Dinner rolls are excellent. Nice seasoned. Only complaint was the salad. TOO MUCH DRESSING. But maybe that is the way the locals like it? Service was excellent.

The boss wanted to get some local food and some local fish. Based upon recommendation from our hotel, we made it to Cabin Fever. Nice little setting and very friendly staff. They had both a bar and a main restraunt menu to choose from. I suggest you stay with the bar menu as the prices are cheaper but the sizes are the same. I added a side of veggies as I needed a little more than just the carbs! They let us also drop the fries for a baked potatoe. Always ask for the special of the day too. Although not for us, they had a sandwhich special with fries for only $5!!

I heard very good things about Cabin Fever but it just didn't live up to the reputation for me. The decor was like so many bars up north with knotty pine walls, dead animals, and wildlife beer signs which I kind of like. The menu is what you would expect, salads, burgers, and few dinner options but I must have gone on an off night because nothing was above average and the service was very poor. We waited 20 minutes for the broasted chicken (totally acceptable as we were warned about this) however they forgot to include one piece of chicken and told us it would be an additional 20 minutes... it would have been nice to be offered a discount, additional food, or at least an apology, but nothing. Can't say that I caught the Cabin Fever that everyone else seems to be talking about, I will not be back anytime soon.

Cabin fever is absolutely my favorite place to have a nice dinner out in town. I really like their fish, but most everything is good. This is where we brought my parents when they were in town.

I gave Cabin Fever five stars because this is hands down the best place to eat in Little Falls. I tried the Golden Fried Chicken and the beer battered onion rings. I am not a fan of fried chicken normally but it was very good here. On a side note, they have pull tabs here as well.

Cabin Fever is located on the north end of town - convenient to both US 10 and MN 371 - right next to the ethanol plant. This is really two restaurants, I guess a saloon and an "eatery". We chose to eat in the dining room, the "finer" of the two offerings. The decor was O.K., nothing special. The filet mignon was tender and flavorful and done exactly as requested. The broccoli/bacon/chicken entree had a nice piece of chicken topped with a not over-cooked bunch of broccoli with real cheese melted over. The ribs and chicken combo had good ribs and chicken with a nice breading. For sides, the wild rice was a step above most wild rice offerings in that it was all wild rice, not a mix with white rice. Carrots and mushrooms added some interest to the rice dish. The french fries were good but standard out-of-the bag fare. The seasoned potato wedges (recommended by the person who sent us to this restaurant) were a winner. The potatoes were tender but not mealy, the seasoning was just that, not seasoned salt - very tasty without sending you to your beverage to wash down the sodium. So, we've eaten there once and only a few items on the menu, but here's my bottom line: quality food to begin with, cooked with care - no overdone vegetables, nothing was over-salted (add your own if you like it saltier), good overall flavor. I would gladly return and try something else on the menu. The service was very good and attentive. Prices were fair for the quality. If you are looking for the under $10 entrees, you probably should try the bar area.

Very pleasant service, but the food was disappointing.
